Fletchers floodwaters report - lonehunter - 02-07-2008
My buddy just came back from his yearly retreat at fletchers and he said despite the up and down weather he had a great time .
Gills and crappie were doing good for the first couple days untill the rain hit then the artic blast came thru and stiffened up the ice again .
my pal said when the wind started blowing his sled blew about 15 feet sideways from him while he was fishing . atahe ice was polished like glass .
The pike started to hit during the weekend as his vacation was ending .
The resorts on the lake have maps of the springs in the lake for safer ice fishing .
