Dutton Cows - hedgesd - 12-22-2007 Anybody seeing any cows on Dutton? I'll find one either way but I'm not above asking for help. Congratulation on getting your cow, sounds like you were a ways from the nearest road, must have been a lot of work getting it out. [signature] Re: [BEARCLAW] Dutton Cows - hedgesd - 01-21-2008 The pack wasn't to bad since I had a little help. I didn't bring my pack frames so I used my day pack. Back leg barely fit with some stuffing but we got it done in 4 hrs. I shot 150 grain in .270 with 3X9 Bushnell scope. I wasn't so sure about taking that far of a shot but I've spent a lot of time practicing 300+yrd shots. I had a good back rest and shooting sticks so it was just about where I put the cross hairs.
