Fishing a little slow on the Little Pee Dee - Tarpon4me - 05-04-2006
We went a couple of days ago, and the fishing was pretty slow. I stuck my foot in the water, and it felt like it had cooled down a few degrees from the rain, as well as gone up about 2 or 3 feet. I don't think going up hurt it, but the cooling off I bet is what did the deed.
We caught a hand full of bream, and finally landed a small flathead before heading back to the hill.
Anyone fishing the Waccamaw river? How are things going that way?
What about the inlet on the ocean side? I was thinking about heading that way this saturday.
