They are not quite as thick/bushy as the regular colored herl. I can probably get a few more feathers next molt. I incubated and hatched the bird a few years ago, but no longer have it. I'll keep my eye on his feathers a little more closely this year. If the herls are rugged enough, they would make some good white bodies. I have quite a few patterns that use the white bodies but I often use synthetics.[/#0000ff] [#0000ff][/#0000ff] [#0000ff]Hard to replace REAL peacock in patterns that incorporate it.
