es today, it is close but not hard yet. the upper end is starting to harden up and there are large chunks of ice in the middle but it may be a while yet. The bay on the east side of the road at little elk creek is frozen solid with about 7 inches. Be careful though this lake rises all winter and has soft edges as the water rises.
