Hows the fishing where you are?? - tubeN2 - 06-29-2005 I know that there are tons of fish in Cali to be caught. It would be nice to see some of the pics of what everyone is catching. I have a small collection of species that I have caught so far for this years contest. By no means are any of them enormous or world records but the variety is what I enjoy the most. What's up on your dock, boat, pier, jetty, beach?? Here are a few of mine. Small and large alike. If the camera was ready and a snap taken while you were getting him or her off the hook and another snap at the moment of release, I see no foul or that anybody could say anything. After all .... as you don't target them, there should be no harm or foul taking a pic of the release. No, shouldn't er ..... can't count in the contest but as a record of California fish species caught ...... I see short, out of slot, and out of season species in pictures every day! JapanRon [signature] Re: [JapanRon] Hows the fishing where you are?? - tubeN2 - 07-01-2005 I need a chance to get to the CAT to get one of those. There are about 23 other species there that aren't posted here yet. All in good time. I did post a Garibaldi in last years contest. The ones posted in this thread are only the ones that I have caught for this years contest. When I explain the contest to others, I let them know that you don't have to keep the fish to get the points.[cool] [signature] |
