leftover salmon - callie - 10-25-2004

I'm still seeing a few salmon, some are of the lunker category, in a few rivers in Northern MI. Some look like tiger muskys as the stripes of aging, stress and "natures plans" are beginning to have an effect.
Spent the weekend hunting grouse/woodcock from just west of St Ignace to Curtis in the UP. What a drab, wet, cold rain we endured, all for one PAT. We did flush 6 woodcock, which is pretty awesome after the past few years.
I'm cleaning out the two man Genz ice machine in anticipation of an early freeze!!!!!!!!!111
