if you literaly get skunked , (i hate when that happens ) there's only one sure fire way to save your expencive hunting clothes .
get a small campfire going till you get a good bed of coals , cover it heavily with wet dead leaves (browned, NO GREEN LEAVES ! ). with a stick or other strong pole dangle your clothes in the smoke from it . the enzines released in the smoke destroy the skunks oder and remove it safely and naturally . the smoke smell can be washed out and your gear is saved from the dumpster .
