No fishing for me this weekend with the crowds that were out there I'm glad I stayed home we had a Fish Fry and Pig Roast instead I fried and grilled some of the fish I caught in Texas and roasted a small whole pig I grilled a load of garlic and butter marinated Shark Steaks also grilled some Ginger Soy marinated King Mackeral baked some redfish fillets with tomatoes and olives and fried a load of Speckled trout fillets and when the pig was finally done everyone was full of fish so the only leftovers I have is some delicious roasted pork I was cooking for 25 people we all had a good time
