DEP CLOSES SHELLFISH BEDS IN PECK BAY - Hutch00 - 05-19-2004
Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Commissioner Bradley M.
Campbell today ordered the closure of Peck Bay in Cape May County to
shellfish, finfish and crab harvesting.
This is a precautionary closure while the DEP investigates reports of
skin irritation, odors and discoloration from the water and sediment
in
Peck Bay.
