Southern Cal Landings go to Summer Schedules - JapanRon - 05-14-2004
Good news guys,
Most southern California sportfishing landings soon will or have put their 1/2 and 3/4 day, open-party boats on a Summer departure and return schedule. [red]Check exact times of your boat when making a reservation as landings vary.[/red]
1/2 Day: 6:30/7:00am to 12 noon (morning run)
1/2 Day: 12:30/1pm to 6pm (afternoon run)
3/4 Day: 6:00am to 4pm
Twilight trip: (6:30pm to 12 midnight) These will start around June 1st or when the sand bass run really gets going. Some landings are already doing twilights!
One tip: If you ride the am trip and tell the captian you want to do the pm trip you will 'often' get 1/2 off. If the fishing grounds are close, this is cheaper than the 3/4 when it comes to fishing time!
