I haven't been in between the resorvoirs but the river between echo and Croydon is crazy low and depending on the temps at the time could definitely be frozen over for the most part.

Thanks for the report. I actually ended up going out there yesterday. The water was pretty good only a little ice at the banks. Fishing was a bit slow. Hopefully the flows stay high enough to keep it fishable this winter. Thanks again.

Dang. sorry for the slow response, I don't always check the fly fishing section. I have had a few good days closer to home (from Croydon down). Plenty of whitefish to be had if you don't mind catching those and of course some nice browns mixed in to. I got this decent one this past Sunday.
