Creek side of Big Elk has a solid 6-8 inches. Went yesterday and today. Yesterday limited out in about an hour and a half. Today a lot slower. Only left with 2.

Where does one park when fishing at Big Elk? I've been there a few times in the summer but have heard a bunch of things about parking there being a nightmare in the winter?

I’ve never had issues parking there. There’s a big turn/pull out on the lake side of Big Elk. Just park there, cross the highway and go ride down to the lake. Make sure your going to the creek side of the Big Elk on the East side of the highway. No ice or thin ice on the lake side of Big Elk right now.
