Anyone know if they still got the gates closed or a website I can look up to find out. Any info on anybody fishing the river would be great also!

Article in the paper today said they were planning to reopen, so that means they haven't.

Is it possible to launch a 16 ft. Aluminium boat just past the main dam?
Thought there was a boat launch somewhere near the dam, main building area.

You can only launch there during hunting season is what I was told by DNR, there is another boat launch about a 1/4 of a mile up the road. That is where I always launch and head up river.
